| Day | Destination | Description |
| Days 1-2 | Siena to Dievole | After a day at leisure exploring the Gothic architecture of Siena, it's time to cycle out into the Tuscan countryside. Farm roads lead over hills quilted in green pastures, and through shady oak forests to Dievole. Perhaps sample fine wines at the Villa Dievole this evening, where you'll spend the night. |
| Day 3 | Dievole to Gaiole-in-Chianti | The idyllic church of San Polo in Rosso lies at the heart of the Chianti Classico region. Pass its lush vineyards on the path to Gaiole-in-Chianti, a bustling market town since the Middle Ages, and a good place to do a spot of shopping. |
| Days 4-5 | Gaiole-in-Chianti to Panzano | Descend into the valley, to the medieval town of Panzano. Its crumbling ramparts shelter ancient towers and a Romanesque church with beautiful cloisters. Spend some time discovering its charm, or you can visit nearby Greve-in-Chianti, where delicious Tuscan wines and cuisine can be had. |
| Day 6 | Panzano to Strada-in-Chianti | Pedal across the famous rolling hills of Tuscany today, passing castles and olive groves, trademarks of the region. Rest tired muscles tonight in a lovely 17th century villa, located in the quaint, tiny town of Strada. |
| Days 7-8 | Strada-in-Chianti to Florence | Rural tracks descend into Florence, one of the world's leading art capitals. Take a slow ride over the perfect arches of the Ponte Vecchio and pass the last day of the trip uncovering the treasures of this outdoor museum. |
